Non-corporate governance

We are not a corporation and we do not walk around the office in a buttoned-up shirt with a collar. From the very beginning of building the company, we decided that we wanted to promote partnership relations with employees based on trust.

Each of us (including the president and technologist) can operate all CNC machines, which guarantees us continuity of work in the case of excess and super-urgent orders. We are very flexible in our approach to the needs of employees when they cannot show up for work for objective reasons. We minimize all sources of stress and uncertainty, which is why the same employees who started their adventure at Revos have been with us from the beginning.

What does this mean for our customers?

A sense of security, awareness of process continuity and minimizing the risk of downtime due to the lack of qualified, so-called “workforce” – this is our added value resulting from the adopted HR policy.
